Most of my pieces are made to order. Please allow 2 to 5 days for making, plus delivery time, once I have the materials.

Delivery

Free UK delivery on orders over £50.

Orders under £50: £3.80 delivery.

Dispatched from Carrick Castle, Argyll.

Last order date for Christmas delivery: Friday 11 December.

Returns

I am unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or not as described. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to put it right.

Earrings cannot be returned unless faulty, for hygiene reasons.

Pieces made to your own design or measurements (for example bespoke, memorial or made-to-measure bracelets) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty items: please get in touch as soon as you can and I will repair, replace or refund.

If an item is faulty, I will cover the return postage.

One-of-a-kind

The Copper Rose Ring is a one-off and cannot be remade. Every other piece can be made again for you.
