Bespoke Nature Healing Retreats
Nature Healing Retreats in Scotland
These retreats are intimate, one‑to‑one immersions for introverts, sensitives, and over‑stretched women who need deep rest, gentle company, and a reset away from noise and demands. They are not group retreats or busy schedules; they are a quiet, carefully held space where you are the only focus. Before you arrive, we talk through what you are carrying and what you long for, shaping the retreat around your nervous system, your energy, and your needs.

What These Retreats Are
Each retreat is designed as a private, personalised container where your nervous system can finally soften.
Working one-to-one, we move slowly and intentionally, listening to your body, your rhythms, and what you need most in this season of life. Nature becomes a co-regulator offering space, perspective, and grounding that is difficult to access in everyday environments.
These retreats are especially suited for those who feel overwhelmed, burned out, grieving, or disconnected from themselves, and who sense that talking alone is not enough.
What the Retreat May Include
Your time here is unhurried. Possibilities include:
Immersion in the Wild: Hill walks, woodland wanders, sitting by the loch, or gentle kayaking on still water – letting your body move at its own pace, held by the land and sky.
Coming Home to Your Body: Optional cold‑water dips, sauna, slow stretching, and grounding practices that help you feel your body again in a safe, supported way.
Somatic OT & Coaching: Quiet sessions where we make sense of what surfaces, listen to your body’s signals, and gently plan how to carry these shifts back into your everyday life.
Creative Soul & Play: Time for music, art, writing, movement, or simple play – letting your system rediscover curiosity, imagination, and joy as it comes out of survival mode. Nothing is forced; every invitation is optional and shaped to your capacity on the day
In Summary, Every retreat is bespoke, but may include:
One-to-one Somatic Occupational Therapy and body-oriented coaching sessions
Gentle somatic practices to support regulation and safety
Space for rest, reflection, and integration
Guided time in nature (forest, lochside, land-based practices)
Support in reconnecting with your body, boundaries, and inner rhythms

There is no fixed schedule to “push through.” The pace is guided by your nervous system

Why Nature? The Medicine of the Wild
Many who come here are carrying grief, burnout, or the exhaustion of holding it all together. They feel disconnected from what makes them feel alive. Nature offers a different kind of holding. Away from screens and pressure, your system can finally slow down enough to feel:
A sense of oneness and quiet connection that softens anxiety.
A remembering of awe, peace, and aliveness.
A deeper, kinder relationship with your emotions and your story
For many people, this becomes the first place their nervous system truly believes it is allowed to rest.
The Result - Returning Home
People often leave feeling:
Truly rested, not just distracted.
More anchored in themselves and in their bodies.
With a gentler way of relating to their emotions and their history.
With simple, realistic practices to continue at home – in how they rest, move, create, and set boundaries.
