What is Somatic OT and Body-Oriented Coaching?
Somatic Occupational Therapy combines the practical wisdom of OT with the deep listening of body‑based, trauma‑informed coaching. “Somatic” means working with the body and nervous system – not just thoughts – to create real, felt shifts in safety, capacity and ease. “Occupational Therapy” means everything is grounded in everyday life: how you rest, work, parent, move, and do the things that matter to you. Body‑oriented coaching is a gentle, collaborative process where we listen to what your body is saying tightness, numbness, racing thoughts, collapse – and slowly help it feel safer, more regulated and more at home. It’s not about fixing you; it’s about creating conditions where your system can finally exhale. In simple terms: we help your body feel safer, and then we reshape your life around that new safety.

Somatic Occupational Therapy is a gentle, evidence‑informed way to help your nervous system finally stand down from survival mode, so you can feel present, rested and real in your own life again.
Together, we listen to your body’s signals, untangle the “army” of protectors that keep you overdoing and self‑doubting, and build daily rhythms that fit who you are, not who you think you “should” be. This is not about fixing a broken person; it is about creating enough safety, inside and around you, for your true self to breathe, connect and begin to enjoy the life you’ve worked so hard to hold together.

1:1 Online Somatic OT & Body-Oriented Coaching
These one-to-one online sessions offer a calm, confidential space to slow down and listen to what your body is communicating beneath stress, overwhelm, or long-held survival patterns.
Using a trauma-informed, body-first approach, sessions focus on nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and restoring functional capacity in everyday life. Rather than talking about experiences alone, we work gently with present-moment sensations, boundaries, and rhythms to support your body in moving out of long-term survival mode.
Sessions are paced according to your nervous system and capacity on the day. There is no pressure to “perform,” explain, or fix yourself. The work supports you to build internal safety, reconnect with your body, and develop practical tools that can be integrated into work, rest, relationships, and daily routines.
These sessions are suitable if you are experiencing stress, burnout, trauma responses, emotional overwhelm, functional freeze, or a sense of disconnection from yourself, while still needing to function in everyday life.

A 3-month Somatic OT & Body-Oriented Coaching container
Package A — The Deep Reconnect
The Deep Reconnect is a structured yet gentle 3-month container designed for adults who are high-functioning on the outside, but internally exhausted, overwhelmed, or living in a constant state of tension.
This work is for you if your nervous system has learned to survive by pushing, over-functioning, people-pleasing, or staying endlessly “on,” and you are ready to slow down enough to listen to what your body has been holding.
Rather than focusing on insight alone, this container works at the level of the nervous system. Together, we create safety, track patterns stored in the body, and gradually unwind survival responses that no longer serve you. The aim is not to “fix” you, but to restore your capacity to feel present, grounded, and at home in yourself again.
Over three months, we move slowly and intentionally, allowing space for integration between sessions so that changes can land not just cognitively, but physically and emotionally.

Grounded Motherhood is a 3-month journey created specifically for women carrying a heavy, realistic mental and emotional load mothers who are holding families, relationships, and responsibilities while quietly running on empty.
This work recognises that motherhood does not happen in isolation from trauma, nervous system patterns, or lived experience. Many women are functioning, coping, and “getting through,” while their bodies remain in survival mode.
Grounded Motherhood offers a space where you do not need to be productive, resilient, or self-sacrificing. Instead, we work gently with your nervous system to separate the load you carry from the weight it places on your body.
Through somatic practices and compassionate guidance, we explore how to create micro-moments of rest, clearer internal boundaries, and a sense of presence not by doing more, but by listening differently.
This is not about becoming a “better” mother. It is about becoming a more resourced, grounded human within motherhood.
