Most of my pieces are made to order. Please allow 2 to 5 days for making, plus delivery time, once I have the materials.

Delivery

Free UK delivery on orders over £50.

Orders under £50: £3.80 delivery.

Dispatched from Carrick Castle, Argyll.

Last order date for Christmas delivery: Friday 11 December.

Returns

You can return most pieces within 14 days of receiving them. Please contact me first so I can give you the return details.

Earrings cannot be returned unless faulty, for hygiene reasons.

Pieces made to your own design or measurements (for example bespoke, memorial or made-to-measure bracelets) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty items: please get in touch as soon as you can and I will repair, replace or refund.

If you change your mind, you cover the cost of posting it back. If an item is faulty, I will cover the return postage.

One-of-a-kind

The Copper Rose Ring is a one-off and cannot be remade. Every other piece can be made again for you.
