I am unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or not as described. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to put it right.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once making has begun, the order becomes non-refundable.
