I'm so glad you're here. Taking this step to explore a new path is an act of profound self-compassion. This journey is a sacred space for you to unburden, reconnect, and come home to yourself. Here is how we can walk that path together.

My Offerings for Your Path Home

 

I offer two pathways for our journey together, both rooted in the same compassionate, body-first approach.

1:1 Somatic Coaching (Online) In these deeply personal online sessions, we create a confidential container for your story. We go at your pace, gently exploring the patterns and beliefs held in your body. Using my unique blend of Body Oriented Coaching and trauma-informed wisdom, I will guide you with compassion as you release stored stress, find inner safety, and build a deep and trusting relationship with your true self. We can connect from anywhere in the world.

Individual Nature Healing Retreats (Scotland) For those who feel the call for a truly immersive experience, I offer private, in-person retreats from my home in the wild heart of Scotland. This is a sanctuary for you to disconnect from the noise and pressures of daily life and remember your connection to the profound peace of the natural world. It is a space for deep rest, powerful insight, and being held and witnessed in the beauty of nature as you come home to yourself.

 

The Destination: Reconnecting with Your Authentic Self

 

Many of us have never learned to unconditionally love and accept ourselves. We may have grown up in environments where being our true selves felt unsafe or unacceptable, leading us to develop protective "walls" that, while serving a purpose, can also disconnect us from our true potential, creativity, joy, and happiness.

It's common to reach a point in adulthood and realize we don't fully know who we are or what we want. We may experience a persistent sense of something missing, an inability to feel truly satisfied, and a longing for something more.

This journey together is about cultivating a profound and loving shift in your relationship with yourself. By giving your emotions and your body's wisdom the time and space they deserve, you create a sense of "coming home" and reconnecting with the inherent wholeness that has been there all along.

What to Expect in a Body Oriented Coaching Session

As C.S. Lewis wrote,"I sat with my anger long enough until she told me her real name was grief.'' This captures the essence of Body Oriented Coaching: a journey of deep listening, sensing and presence.

Sessions involve me holding a safe and supportive space for you to explore what is alive within you. I act as your "co-thinker," guiding us on a path of self-discovery. Sessions are client-led, non-directive, and non-judgmental; all aspects of your experience are welcome.

Our work focuses on the present moment and your desired future. I may offer invitations to explore silence or engage in gentle somatic "experiments" that invite the wisdom of your body, acknowledging the interconnectedness of mind and body. This holistic and embodied approach can be profoundly transformative.

Body Oriented Coaching draws upon a range of process-oriented modalities, including Focusing, Hakomi, Family Constellations, Organic Intelligence, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and the perennial wisdom of various Wisdom Traditions.
