The Ebb and Flow Asymmetrical Earrings: Solid Sterling Silver – £40
Designed in my little studio by Loch Goil as a wearable somatic anchor, these intentionally asymmetrical earrings balance movement with stillness. They are crafted to celebrate the natural rhythm of the shoreline and bring a sense of mindful grounding to your day.
These are perfectly imperfect pieces of wearable art. Celebrating the natural variation of the ocean, one earring features a hand-forged, swirling sterling silver spiral holding a frosted glass drop, while the other suspends a matching stone from a delicate sterling silver chain. Both feature genuine, white Seaham sea glass, hand gathered and meticulously hand-drilled to preserve its organic shape. Completely un-mass-produced, no two pairs will ever be exactly alike.
They are intentionally designed to be felt. When you need a moment to pause, reach up and explore the contrasting textures. Tracing your thumb around the continuous loop of the silver spiral offers a soothing, repetitive path, while running your fingers down the tiny individual links of the chain provides a distinct, structural anchor. Paired with the deep, frosted smoothness of the sea glass, this tactile exploration gently invites your nervous system to settle back into the present moment.
The Details:
